Shipping policy

At HisImageOfficial, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another email once your package has shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping options usually arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

HisImageOfficial currently ships within the United States and offers international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties once the package reaches your destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the package so we can assist you.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to make any address adjustments.
